FAQs

Thinking of working with us? Here are some questions we've frequently been asked about the way we work.

For your convenience, we have compiled a few of the most popular questions we hear from potential clients. If you have any other questions, please feel free to send us an email or use this form to contact us.

How much does a website cost?

Just like the cost of a house, the cost of a website for your nonprofit can vary depending on a number of factors that have to do with the complexity of the features and functions to be added to the website.

Though our website projects generally start at $2,499, the final investment required varies depending upon your organization's needs.

How long does it take to build a website?

The time it takes us to design and develop your website depends on the size and complexity of the website. A website typically takes around ten to twelve weeks from beginning to end.

Will our website work on mobile devices like smart phones and tablets?

Yes, it will! All of the websites we design and develop work on most popular devices, including smart phones and tablets.

We don't know how to take care of a website. Do you provide training?

All of our clients receive training on how to update and maintain their websites.

Additionally, we also offer website care plans where we will update and maintain your website for your nonprofit.

Will you write the content for our website?

All of our clients receive guidance on putting together clear and compelling content as we collaborate with them on their new websites.

If you need additional help on your content, we can discuss how we can write your content for you.

Can you design a logo for us?

We prefer to focus on time and energy on the things we do really well; for now, that's building websites for nonprofits.

If you need someone to create a logo for your nonprofit, we can refer you to a talented graphic designer with whom we have a great working relationship.

Do we need our own domain name and web hosting?

In order for us to build a website for your organization, you will need your own domain name and web hosting. We can provide recommendations on companies we use who offer great technical support and hosting plans appropriate to your website needs.

Additionally, we can provide instructions to you on how to get these services set up; we can also set these up on your behalf if you are having trouble.

We also need help with social media and email marketing. Can you do those things for us as well?

Yes, we can talk about updating and maintaining your new website, as well as managing your social media and email marketing as a part of our website care plans.
